Refund Policy

💬 Refund & Credit Policy

At Digital Horizons for Seniors, we know that life happens — and we want to keep our classes accessible and flexible while maintaining fairness for all participants.

 

🚫 No Refunds

Once payment has been made for a class, all sales are final.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

 

🔄 Class Credits

We understand things can come up unexpectedly!
If you’re unable to attend your scheduled class and notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll happily apply a credit toward a future session.

 

📅 Instructor Cancellations

If a class must be cancelled by the instructor, all registered participants will automatically receive a credit for a future class of their choice.

 

⏳ Credit Expiration

All class credits must be used within 60 days of the original class date unless other arrangements are made.
